He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Evans and Lorraine Evans (Brodish); his brother-in-law Eugene Morton; and his grandson Ethan Gildersleeve. He is survived by: his wife Veronica "Roni" Evans; and his children, John Skinner (Sue), Deana Fritz (Michael), Shelly Klein (Dale), Carrie Rau and Scott Evans (Linda). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; as well as many close brothers and sisters –in-law and nieces and nephews.
