She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert V. Cahill and Helen Elizabeth Smith Cahill; her husband Robert David Lavelle; her son Timothy David Lavelle; and her sister Karen Cobey.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Lavelle (Christine) of Rochester, NY, Stephen Lavelle (Pamela Polick) of Liberty, NY and Susan Beth Lavelle of Middletown, NY; and her granddaughter Kathryn Hollon of Plano, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
