He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mathews-Torres; his children, Edward X. Torres (Kristina) of Houston, TX, Joseph Matthew Torres of Liberty, NY, Natalie Torres of Houston, TX and Jamie Lee Mendoza (Fredy) of Liberty, NY; and his siblings, Nelida Torres, Ana M. Torres, Juanita Torres, Cieni Torres, Haydee Lopez, Betty Torres, Maria Torres, Enid Torres, Irving Torres, Antonio Torres and Richard Torres. He is also survived by nine grandchildren,; many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
