It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Bivins of Liberty, New York, born in Callicoon, New York, who passed away on September 12, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Westervelt and Margaret Meissner Westervelt; and her husband Winfred V. Bivins, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Winfred Bivins, Jr. (Nancy) of Jeffersonville, NY, Debbie Weiler (Richard) of Spring, TX, Craig Bivins (Marlena) of Parksville, NY and Andrew Bivins (Colleen); and her siblings, Roland Westervelt (Joanne), Richard Westervelt of Melrose, MA and Lydia Conklin (Millard) of Neversink, NY.. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
