He is survived by: his wife Cathy Spafford; his pet Billi Jo; his siblings, Lynn Heim (Maury), Mike Spafford (Judy), Barbara Cady (Bob) and Gail Ketcham (Doug); his stepchildren, Phil Mentnech (Julie), Scott Mentnech (Laurel), Nikki Wallace (John), Brian Mentnech (Heidi) and Keith Mentnech; and his stepgrandchildren, Jackie, Frances, Aiden, Collin, Lukas, Michael, Ethan, Abby, Belle, Sami, Georgia and Evan. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and many nieces and nephews.
