With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn E. Peters (Liberty, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 15, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Hawley and Charlotte "Lottie" Diehl Hawley; her sons-in-law, Ronnie Barnes and Dale "Doc" Tuttle; and her siblings, Eleanor Keesler, Harold Hawley, Gladys McCormick, Clayton Hawley, Lowell Hawley and Marion Daub.
She is survived by: her husband Russell Peters, Jr.; her children, Cindy Barnes (Hank Danelli), Debbie Tuttle, Craig Peters (Betty), Gary Peters (Nancy), Steven Peters and Rosemary Peters; her grandchildren, Joshua Barnes, Todd Barnes, Kelly Vinton (Ryan), Jason Hornung (Lauren), Joseph Hornung (Shannon) of Dale, Tuttle, Jr. (Tegan Carter), Corey Tuttle (Shelby Milewski), Shaun Peters (Bobbie Sue), Ryan Peters, Scott Peters (Lauren), Michael Peters, Charlotte Schwartz (Jacob), Catherine Kusicki (David), Henry Peters, Anthony Barotti, Bryan Lopez (Kayla) and William Lopez; her great grandchildren, Brady Barnes, Ryan Vinton, Logan Vinton, Evan Hornung, Dayla Jones, Emma Hornung, Paisley Tuttle, Ryland Carter, Robbie Lee Carter, Ruby Peters, Keith Peters, Taylor Brantlee, Braxton Peters, Kaylie Peters, Mylie Peters, Reagan Peters, London Peters, Hampton Peters, Murphy Peters, Warren Schwartz, Nathan Schwartz, Tyler Schwartz, Miles Kusicki, Colin Kusicki, Christopher Barotti, Samantha Barotti, Luna Lopez, Enzo Lopez and Cruz Lopez; and her siblings, Everitt Hawley and Joyce Hellmers.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home - Liberty (115 West St, Liberty, NY 12754). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
