She is survived by: her children, Mark Levy (Mary Beth), Renee Kubryk, Lori Levy, Dave Levy (Jen) and Susan Garbow (Cary); and her grandchildren, Trista Polo, Adam Kubryk, Brynne Levy, Alexandra Missler and Ethan Garbow. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
