He was predeceased by: his parents, Ike and Molly; and his brothers, Joe and John. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Tulp of Liberty; and his children, Michael Tulp (Anne-Marie), Donna Tulp, Daniel Tulp, Robert Tulp (Tracy), Kim Tulp (Joe), Tammy Franklin and Matthew Lare. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home - Liberty (115 West St, Liberty, NY 12754). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
