He was predeceased by: his parents, Ike and Molly; and his brothers, Joe and John. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Tulp of Liberty; and his children, Michael Tulp (Anne-Marie), Donna Tulp, Daniel Tulp, Robert Tulp (Tracy), Kim Tulp (Joe), Tammy Franklin and Matthew Lare. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
