She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wade and Marion Reasin. She is survived by: her husband James T. Suslosky; her sons, James L. Suslosky (Amy) of Witman, MA and Craig Suslosky of Grahamsville, NY; her sister Carolyn Bauernfeind of West Windfield, NY; her granddaughter Kelcey Suslosky; and her great grandchildren, Malaia and Amalia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Barbara's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
