She is survived by: her sons, Heriberto Martinez Velazquez (Wanda) of Phillipsburg, NJ, David Martinez Velazquez (Ivelisse) of Puerto Rico and Harry Jose Martinez Velazquez (Karina) of Texas; her grandchildren, Tania Martinez Hernandez, Odalys Martinez, David Martinez and Samuel Martinez; and her great grandchildren, Erick, Edwin, Edniel, Dariel and Amira.
