He was predeceased by: his parent William Matyok; his wife Carolyn Matyok (Perna); and his siblings, Louise Ruggieri, Betty Stracham and Frank Matyok.
He is survived by: his parent Louise Matyok (Miller); his children, William G. Matyok and Laurie Maranto (Franklin) of Niagara Falls; his granddaughter Meghan Maranto; and his half-sister Sherry DeWald (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
