He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leonetti and Sadie Leonetti (DiVita); and his close friend Jolene Kline. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kathy Passanese (Lawrence) and R. Scott Kline; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Passanese, Noah Passanese and Rachel Kline.
