We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2019, at the age of 76, Rosemary Fratello (Lewiston, New York), born in Niagara Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore "Tootie" and Rose Fratello (Milea); her sister Phyllis Shenk; and her niece Barbara Hampton. She is survived by: her sister Margaret Ann Smith (late Earl); her nieces, Lynda Smith and Jennifer Iusi (John); her cousins, Mary Ann and Fran Murphy; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia Smith, Gabriella Iusi, Holly Gillenwater, Jacklyn Gillenwater, Steven Gillenwater, Alexa Miles and Richard Hampton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to a charity of one's choosing.
