It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemarie Bird of Lewiston, New York, born in Pittston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McQueen and Anna [Walsh] McQueen; and her brother Joseph McQueen (late Marie). She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Bird; her children, Daniel, Michael, James Bird (Laura) and Karen LaDuca (Ronald); her grandchildren, Jennifer Sky (Kevin), Kristen Hall (Brandon), Michael LaDuca (Michele), Caitlin Olson (Andrew), Matthew Bird (Casey), Sean Bird, Emily Dowling (Christopher), Justin LaDuca and Michael Bird; her sister Anne Tighe (late Vincent); her sister-in-law Joan Kralick; and her sister Jane Reitzel. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in her name to St. Raphael's Parish.
