He was predeceased by: his parents, Americo Rosati and Lucy Rosati (Denitto); and his brothers, Robert S. Rosati, Romeo Rosati, William P. Rosati Sr. and Joseph Rosati.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Andrea M. Rosati, Robert L. Rosati (Cheryl), William P. Rosati (Dianna), Joseph A. Rosati, Alison Rosati (Sheri), Maria Faso (Jim) and Patrice Rosati; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Thea Rosati Hohensee, Molly Mackenzie, Gabrielle Rosati, Giana Rosati, Benjamin A. Shultz (Annita), Alec Rosati Hohensee (Sarah) and Robert Rosati (Barbara); and also, Lillian Shultz and Eden Rosati.

In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to a charity of one's choice.
