He was predeceased by: his brothers, George McGovern and Bill McGovern; and his father-in-law John Colliflower. He is survived by: his wives, Ella Jo Colliflower and Ella Jo McGovern; his children, Elizabeth Anne McGovern Woodard (Paul) and Robert Brian McGovern; his granddaughters, Bailey Elizabeth Woodard and Riley Grace Woodard; his mother-in-law Jo Ruth Colliflower; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy McGovern, Tony Colliflower and Royce Colliflower. He is also survived by several cousins and nephews and nieces.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in his name to Arlington Life Shelter or the charitable organization of your choice.
