It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Giannetti (Lewiston, New York), born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on November 20, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick McConnaghy and Ethel [Tone] McConnaghy; and her brother Patrick (Catherine). She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Giannetti; her sons, Matthew (Linda Kim) and Adam Giannetti (Ewa Wandzioch); her grandchildren, Juliet, Lucas, Vita, Agata, Zuzanna, Eveline and Randal; her siblings, Ann Roche Dooher (John), Gerald McConnaghy (Grace), Betty Jane Girasole (Anthony), Audrey Wallace (Terrance), Mary Jo Ashcraft (James) and Kevin McConnaghy (Diane); her sister-in-law Dora McConnaghy; her pet Buddy; and her brother Daniel McConnaghy. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
The family would prefer that memorials may be made in her name to the Western New York Land Conservancy, WNYLC.org, in lieu of flowers.
