He was predeceased by: his father Robert Low. He is survived by: his former wife Sharon G. Ross; his wife Aruba; his children, Colleen Low Larkin (Gregory) and Christopher Low (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Reilley, John Larkin, Cierra and Caila Low.

Donations may be made in Richard's memory to St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church in Lewiston, NY and Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY.
