He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis F. DiVita and Eileen T. [Carmody] DiVita; and his brother Louis F. DiVita, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Annette [Gatto] DiVita; his daughter Ashley Hardy (Mike); his grandson Michael; his siblings, Terri Fortier (Bill), Mary Bacha (David), Donna Wrobel (Tom), Patricia DiVita and Michael DiVita; and his siblings-in-law, Tim (Pam), Rick (Nancy), Anthony (Chris), John Gatto (Beth) and Theresa Thomas (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
