She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Blundy and Jessie Blundy (Bolger); her husband Leno Pasquinelli; and her siblings, Ruth Poulos (late Thomas), Peter Blundy, Shirley O'Donnell (late John), Margaret Markle and Gerald Blundy.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra DeFazio (David); her grandchildren, Dr. Jennifer DeFazio-Cousins (Rod), Justin DeFazio, David DeFazio (Breanne), Kimberlee and Palfreyman; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Gracie DeFazio, Oliver, Owen Cousins, Avery, Connor and Madeleine Palfreyman; and her sister Irene Giles (late Rod). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
