He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Luschen and Lona [Schuldt] Luschen; his wife Jeanne [Carr] Luschen; and his sister Marilyn Williams (Charles). He is survived by: his close friend Donna Lasher; and his children, Brian Luschen (Dawn), Lori Retzlaff (Anthony Mastroianni), Elise Chiarmonte (Robert), Pamela Stroh (Scott) and Kristen Luschen (Glenn Miskovsky). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews.
