With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leo J. McDonald of Lewiston, New York, who passed away on August 1, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael McDonald and Marie Alvina "Mimi" McDonald (Maillet); his wife Geraldine "Gerry" P. McDonald; and his sister Muriel Vondra (late Lubo). He is survived by: his children, Michael McDonald (Anne), Leo McDonald (Cindy) and Mary Jo Eutsler; his grandchildren, Michele, Michael Jr. (Mary Fran), Megan Merrifield (Ryan) and Riley Eutsler; his siblings, Joseph D. McDonald (Beatrice), Corrine DuFault (late George) and Viola Packard (late Percy); and his brother-in-law Sam Fruscione (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Father Baker Victory Services in Lackawanna, NY, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
