He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gariano and Jane Gariano (LaVerdi); his son Joseph'Joey'Gariano; his siblings-in-law, Angela LaVerdi and Nunzio LaVerdi (Lynne); and his parents-in-law, Joseph'Scuppy', Anne Garabedian and Joseph Ruffolo (Teresa).
He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Gariano (Garabedian); his son Nicholas Gariano (Jenelle); his granddaughters, Clara and Gemma Gariano; his sibling Thomas Gariano (Kathleen Wojtaszek); and his nieces and nephews, Rob Bilson (Nicole), Francesca Gariano, David Gariano (Gina) and Brittany Lubecki (Kirk).
