He was predeceased by: his parents, William McCracken and Helen McCracken (Thompson); his siblings, Doris and William; and his siblings-in-law, Millie McCracken, John Mack and John Rasavage.

He is survived by: his wife Frances McCracken (Shirley); his daughter Michele Kalita (Jeff); his grandsons, Michael and Jacob of Lewiston; and his sisters, Phyllis Rasavage of Mt. Vernon, Washington and Barbara Mack of Rossiter, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
