He is survived by: his wife Tamara Lehr; his children, Holly Placek (Michael), Sarah Dulski (Michael), Sam Bellreng (Kelsey) and Lisa Bellreng; his grandchildren, Conner, Harper, Amelia, Gia, Emily and Mason; his brothers, Robert Bellreng (Michelle), Paul Bellreng (Janet) and David Bellreng (Cheryl); and his brother-in-law Samuel Lehr (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
