He is survived by: his daughter Gloria Dawn Hutchinson (Raymond Jr); his wife Letha Hutchinson (Lasher); his grandchildren, Sarah McGovern (Justin Smith) of Niagara Falls, NY, Rachel Letson (Geoff) of Fairport, NY, Jonathan McGovern (Laura) of Spencerport, NY, Benjamin McGovern (Nensi) of Riverview, FL, Melissa McGovern (Paul Lequeux) of Wilson, NY, Jessica Faddoul (Todd) of Niagara Falls, NY, Rebecca McGovern-Collins (Jake) of North Chili, NY and Hannah McGovern (Jesse McMahon-Eagan) of Buffalo, NY.; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Paige, Madeleine, Olivia, Paul, Emma, Henry, Grant, Genevieve, George and Everleigh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
