Fetter (Lewiston, New York), born in Woodland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 15, 2015, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hugar and Elma Hugar (Gisewhite); and her husband John S. Fetter, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Fetter of Youngstown, NY, Esther Mariani of Newbern, NC, Cheryl Mundier (Mark) of Niagara Falls, NY and John S. Fetter, Jr. of Niagara Falls, NY; and her siblings, Elma Morris of Clearfield, PA, Sandra Jones (Edward) of Woodland, PA and Ronald Hugar (Robbie) of Lancaster, PA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
