He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice M. Smith (Robinson) and Harold J. Smith; his wife Vera [Lamb] Smith; his son David Smith; his brother Gordon Smith (Felicia); and his girlfriend Dolores Donovan.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Clark, Kelly Gilbert, Kevin and Darrell Smith; his grandchildren, Dylan, Riley, Shane, Kyle, Kaitlin, Ryan and Ashley; his sister Norma Paonessa (late Albert); and his pets, Sunny and Stella. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in his name to Intandem Solutions or Niagara Hospice.
