He was predeceased by: his parents, Herald Packard and Denia Packard; his wife Lois V. Packard; his son Douglas W. Packard; and his grandson Douglas A. Villeneuve.
He is survived by: his children, Karen E. Packard of Niagara Falls, NY, Deborah M. Packard of Fletcher and Kevin Packard (Rita) of Grand Island, NY. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
