He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Anthony and Mary Ruth Szalach (Stoyanowski). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Szalach (R. C. Church); his children, Jennifer Szalach (Stewart Holden) and Michael Szalach; and his siblings, William Anthony Szalach (late Rosann) of Aurora, CO and Mary Lou Szalach (Kevin Papendick) of North Tonawanda, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
