She is survived by: her husband Michael Kulak Sr.; her children, Michael Kulak Jr. (Liz) and Rebecca Leenhouts (Shawn); her grandchildren, Christian (Cassie) and Jordan; her great grandchild Jensen; and her siblings, Linda Bodle (Jim), Kathy Harris (Russ), Mona Carney, Patti Barger (Phil), Tam Chase and Ron Peters (Toni). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
