She is survived by: her children, Stephen Blazick (Marti) and Jody Wienke (James); her grandchildren, Jonathan Blazick (Julie), Kenneth Blazick (Erica), Joseph Blazick (Elizabeth) and JoAnna Wallace (James); her sister Alma Coleman (late Ronald); and her friend Mary Burris. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
