He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl James and Minnie Litten (Banks); his wife Joan C. Litten (Sulkey); his daughter Edith A. Thaxton (late Harry III); his grandson Andrew Wilkins; and his sisters, Betty Catherine, Mary Louise and Edna.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Cisek (Michael) and Jeanne Wilkins (late James Woods); and his sisters, Lillian Elmore (late John) and Alice Hughes. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Angles Mausoleum Chapel of Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston (500 Riverdale Ave, Lewiston, NY 14092).
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice.
