She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Bak and Margaret Bak (Juszczyk); her husband Louis Milczarski; and her siblings, Stanley Bak, John Bak, Edward Bak, Peter Bak, Elizabeth "Betty" Tubinis, Laura Orban and Julia Gorban.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Winker (Earl), Marlene D'Aloise (Paul) and Kathy Fasso (Mark); her grandchildren, Marla Trunzo (Jason), Amy Valentine (Chad Haynes), Jillian Goldacker (Rick), Paul D'Aloise (Jacqueline), Mark Fasso, Jennifer Topolski, Carla Fasso and Michael Fasso (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Andrew, Addison, Kai, Abigail, Olivia, Emilia and Adaline; and her brother-in-law Casimer Tubinis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
