Bartlett (Shaina Austin) of Lowville; her grandchildren, Colby Bartlett, Kyleigh Bartlett and Carissa Bartlett; her children, Loni Shead of Philadelphia, PA and Corey Shead; her great grandchild Kadalyn Green; and her niece Kimberly Schulze.
