He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur D. Norton and Ethel Norton (Chatran); and his siblings, Robert, Bernice and June.
He is survived by: his children, Alan Richard Norton (Lisa) of Littleton, Colorado. and Rhonda Mankin (Mike) of Oklahoma; his grandsons, Kyle and Austin Norton of Colorado; his stepson Michael 'Ike Tyler (Laura) of Westport; his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Rachelle, Brandi and Mallory; his wife Janet D. Norton; and his former wife Josephine Norton (Carnicelli).
