We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2018, at the age of 81, Reuben H. Garvine Jr. (Lewis, New York), born in Rockland, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former spouse Gretchen Garvine; and his siblings, Gordy Garvine and Ruby Bell. He is survived by: his parents, Reuben H. Chandler and Mary Etta Frances Chandler; his children, Michael R. Brenna, Cathleen C. Abel (William), Susan C. Frye, Mary R. Garvine, Rebecca Gartung (Stirling), Reuben H. Garvine, III (Bethany), Peter B. Garvine and Judith P. Johnson; and his sisters, Gloria Adamovage (Nick) and Kate Austin. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
