He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Coolidge Pulsifer; his parents, Leonard Pulsifer and Lena Pulsifer (Bigelow); his siblings, Tom Brown (Anna), Annabelle Trombley (Norm) and Isabelle Feltt (Ed); his siblings-in-law, Bert Pulsifer, Donald Coolidge, John (Jean), Nina Williams (Art) and Morris Coolidge; his niece Diane Feltt Morley; and his friend Bob Spring.

He is survived by: his uncle Francis Denton; his son James Pulsifer (Deborah); his granddaughter Kendra Griep (Marcus); his great grandchild Sebastian; his grandson Colby Pulsifer (Aubrey); his great grandchild Reed; his brother Frank Pulsifer (Mildred); his niece Karen Brown Sweatt; his sisters-in-law, Jean Coolidge of Keene, NY and Mary Coolidge of Wilmington, NY; his brothers, Lawrence Coolidge (Gail) of Arizona and Ronnie; his sister-in-law Patricia Coolidge of Arizona; and his close friends, Glenn, Curt, Vesta, Jim and Cindy.
