He is survived by: his wife Mary Jacques; his children, Sierra, Melissa, Ryan, Noah, Jenna Jacques, Chasity Jacques and Kevin M. Jacques Kristen Pulsifer (Casey Martin); his mother-in-law Julia Lapier (Larry); his brother-in-law Philip Reynolds Jr. (Mary); his nephews, Philip Reynolds III and Zacharia Peltier (Sydney Schmidt); and his siblings, Linda Hathaway and Tony Jacques. He is also survived by several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
