He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Steven Millard of Heuvelton, Tracy Jensen, Eric Jensen of Liverpool, Dean Millard of Watson, George Millard and Shannon Millard of Troutville, V. A.; his siblings, Arletha Zecher of Carthage, Marlyn Bickom of LaFargeville and Wilbur Millard of Carthage; his brother-in-law Jack Grimsley of Kansas; his granddaughter Alicia Hewitt of Watertown; his great grandchildren, Dylan Hewitt, Addie Hewitt and Lucy Hewitt; his parent Mary Louise Post Millard; and also, Marie Millard of Carthage and Andy Hewitt of Watertown. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
