It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles L. Hicks in Lewis, New York, born in Rome, New York, who passed away at the age of 91, on June 13, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hicks and Margaret Hicks (Markham); his wife Naomi Pribble; his brother William; and his stepson Martin Clare.

He is survived by: his sister Carolyn; his brother-in-law James Ruth of West Branch, NY; his children, Lynn Hicks (Jennifer) of Grandy, NC, Kevin Hicks (Billie Jo Hopwood) and Melinda; his son-in-law Gary Scofield of Ballston Lake, NY; his stepson Michael Clare of Forestport, NY; and his grandchildren, John Tully of Utica, NY and Kathleen (Christopher Mege) of Montrose, NY.. He is also survived by several step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

During this time of restrictions due to the pandemic, they comforted him and made sure he was never alone.
