He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandy Bohmke and John Bohmke. He is survived by: his wife Marisa; his sons, Johnny and Matthew; and his sister Dawn Doscher (Michael).

In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
