It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine M. Bortell of Leon, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Bushey and Mary Bushey (Norton). She is survived by: her close friend Leon Ure; and her sister Betty of Texas.
