It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Rugg of Leon, New York, born in Gowanda, New York, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fennell Rugg and Frances Rugg. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristen Neider and Victoria Rugg (Henry Lawton). He is also survived by several other children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
