She is survived by: her parents, Roy Lackey and Hilda Joyce Helms; her husband Leon; her children, Alicia Cayo of Wurtsboro and Lee Sanabria (Debra) of Livingston Manor; her grandchildren, Shayla Boyles, Ashlyn Sanabria, Nathan Canales, Yolynn Cayo Jayden Sanabria and Suriah Orosco; her brother Roy Lackey of Livingston Manor; and her close friend Debbie Wells of Florida.
