He is survived by: his wife Lucy Howard (Sharpe); his children, Michael Howard (Lorraine) of Conewango Valley, Maria Otero (Don) of Tarpon Springs, FL, Karin Kilburn (Marshall) of Lovelee, KY and Julianne Howard Kinney of St. Petersburg, FL; his brother-in-law Danny Justen of Spring Hill, FL; and his stepchildren, Nancy Young, Gail Standbridge and Kathy Crace. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
