He is survived by: his wife Karen Clark (Lumia); and his children, Benjamin, Sue Ellen Clark (Coon), Melissa (Clark), Carswell (Charles Carswell), Laura Clark, Abigail Clark, Stacey, Steve, Jon, Becky and Rhonda Clark (Canby).
