He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary Ann Barnard (McMullin) of Perry; his wife Thresa Cartwright; his children, Heather Crowley (Paul) of Batavia and William Barnard of Leicester; his grandchildren, Tyler Mann-Jack (Tiffany), Zachary Lovell, Alexandrea Mann and Cooper Crowley; his great grandchild Hazelee Mann; his brothers, Brian Barnard of Perry, Thomas Barnard (Sophia) of Texas and Henry Barnard (Darlene) of Nevada; his father Charles Barnard; and his brother Robert Barnard. He was also cherished by Many nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends.
