It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noel E. Colp of Lee Center, New York, born in Rome, New York, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Darling; and her nieces, Brandi and Christina. She is survived by: her mother Joan Darling; her husband Robert H. Colp; her siblings, Tammy Roush (Steve) and Thomas Darling, Jr.; her nieces, Tammy Raush, Samantha Darling, Heather Parker and Krystal Gorman; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Giavanna, Christina, Brandi, Keira, Tyler, Kaleb, Maxis and Joshua.
