She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Dean and Mary Allman Dean; her husband Clifford C. Palmer; her children, Kathy Campbell (Jack) of Canastota, Craig Palmer (Robin) of Lee Center, Karen Lewis (George) of Taberg and Patty Dell (Olio); her grandchildren, Justin (Courtney), Brandon (San), Jordan (Jen), Lindsay, Jenalyn, Gavin, Michael, Matthew and Joseph; her brother Richard Dean (Sheila) of Taberg; her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Dean of Taberg, Ann Britton of Albany, Alan Palmer (Ethel) of Blossvale and Paul Palmer; and her brothers, Frederick Dean, John Dean (Meryl) and Douglas Dean.
Due to the current covid situation, a Memorial Service will be held at a future date at the Taberg United Methodist Church.
